W. P. Carey (NYSE: WPC) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.032 per share, or $4.128 annualized. This is a 0.7% increase from the prior dividend of $1.025.

The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2019, to stockholders of record on March 29, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2019.
