John Wiley & Sons (NYSE: JW-A) reported Q3 EPS of $0.61, $0.20 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.81. Revenue for the quarter came in at $449.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $455.71 million.

  • The Company is reaffirming its Revenue, Adjusted EPS and Capex guidance but reducing its outlook for Cash Provided by Operations.
