Old Line Bancshares (OLBK) Raises Quarterly Dividend 20% to $0.12; 1.7% Yield

Old Line Bancshares (NASDAQ: OLBK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.10.

The dividend will be payable on March 29, 2019, to stockholders of record on March 15, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of March 14, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.7 percent.
