Old Republic (NYSE: ORI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized. This is a 2.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.195.
The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2019, to stockholders of record on March 5, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of March 4, 2019.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.8 percent.
