Liberty Property Trust (LPT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2.5% to $0.41; 3.5% Yield

Liberty Property Trust (NYSE: LPT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.41 per share, or $1.64 annualized. This is a 2.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.40.

The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2019, to stockholders of record on April 1, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of March 29, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.5 percent.
