Ardagh Group (ARD) Tops Q4 EPS by 5c, Offers Guidance

Ardagh Group (NYSE: ARD) reported Q4 EPS of $0.33, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.14 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.12 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Ardagh Group sees FY2019 EPS of $1.60-$1.75, versus the consensus of $1.76.

• Adjusted free cash flow of approximately $450 million3 and Adjusted earnings per share of $1.60 – $1.75. First quarter Adjusted EBITDA of approximately $350 million.
