Cogent Communication (NASDAQ: CCOI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.58 per share, or $2.32 annualized. This is a 3.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.56.

The dividend will be payable on March 29, 2019, to stockholders of record on March 8, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of March 7, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.6 percent.
