Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCAU) Reports Q4 EPS of EUR1.04, Offers Guidance

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (NYSE: FCAU) reported Q4 EPS of EUR1.04, versus EUR0.70 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at EUR30.62 billion versus the consensus estimate of EUR29.21 billion.

Guidance:

• Adjusted EBIT >EUR6.7 billion with margin >6.1%, both up from 2018 (2018: EUR6.7 billion with margin at 6.1%)

• Adjusted diluted EPS >EUR2.70, reflecting higher effective tax rate, principally in the U.S. (2018: EUR3.00 per share)

• Industrial free cash flows >EUR1.5 billion, down from 2018 due to higher capital expenditures and cash payments for fines and other costs in connection with the U.S. diesel emissions settlement (2018: EUR4.4 billion)
