CDK Global (CDK) Tops Q2 EPS by 8c, Offers FY Guidance

CDK Global (NASDAQ: CDK) reported Q2 EPS of $0.98, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.90. Revenue for the quarter came in at $590.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $578.91 million.

GUIDANCE:

CDK Global sees FY2019 EPS at the higher end of $3.70-$3.80, versus the consensus of $3.73. CDK Global sees FY2019 revenue of $2.32-2.35 billion, versus the consensus of $2.33 billion.
