SPX Flow (FLOW) Tops Q4 EPS by 4c, FY EPS Guidance Misses Views

SPX Flow (NYSE: FLOW) reported Q4 EPS of $0.66, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.62. Revenue for the quarter came in at $538.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $542.01 million.

GUIDANCE:

SPX Flow sees FY2019 EPS of $2.40-$2.75 vs consensus of $2.75

• EBITDA is expected to be between $245 and $265 million
• targeting underlying organic revenue growth of 1% to 3%
