Stephens analyst, Will Slabaugh, reiterated an Equal Weight rating and $180.00 price target on McDonald's (NYSE: MCD) following the company's 4Q earnings release. Slabaugh viewed the results as a mixed bag, with the U.S. virtually in-line, international markets better than feared, and EPS below expectations, with additional cautious commentary on the call around FY19 earnings pressures.
Stephens raised U.S. SSS growth estimate for 1Q19 to +3.5% from +3.0% (vs. consensus of +2.9%). FY19 U.S. SSS growth goes to +2.9% from +2.8%. All other estimates remain the same.
