Simon Property Group (SPG) Raises Quarterly Dividend to $2.05; 4.5% Yield

Simon Property Group (NYSE: SPG) declared a quarterly dividend of $2.05 per share, or $8.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 28, 2019, to stockholders of record on February 14, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of February 13, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.5 percent.
