Rackable Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: RACK) 24% LOWER; sees Q4 EPS of $0.17-$0.18, versus the consensus of $0.27. CEO said, "we are disappointed that we did not achieve our gross margin and EPS goals for the quarter."

Vision-Sciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: VSCI) 8.7% HIGHER; has signed a definitive agreement under which Vision-Sciences will sell to Medtronic Xomed, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Medtronic, Inc. (NYSE: MDT), certain manufacturing assets for the production of Vision-Sciences' patented ENT sheath products.

Telik, Inc. (Nasdaq: TELK) 7% HIGHER; In a 13D filing on Telik, Carl Icahn disclosed a 9.92% stake (5.2 million shares) in the company. Icahn's Icahn Management LP subsidiary disclosed a 1.5 million shares stake in Telik for the quarter ended September 30, 2006.

Total System Services (NYSE: TSS) 7% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.44, cents better than estimates.(0.26) Revenues were $503.9 million vs. $439.50 million consensus.

Intel Corp (Nasdaq: INTC) 3.3% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.26 (ex-items $0.25) vs. consensus of $0.25. Revenues were $9.7 billion vs. $9.44 billion consensus. Sees Q1 revenues of $8.7-9.3 billion vs. $8.93 billion
