RBC Capital analyst Mark Mahaney weighed in on Amazon.com (NASDAQ: AMZN) after the firm's fourth annual Alexa survey.
Mahaney said after the survey they were more impressed with the traction of Alexa-enabled Smart Speakers and other devices and more convinced of their potential long-term impact.
The firm's survey showed U.S. penetration for Alexa-enabled devices reached 31% this year (and 41% for Smart Speakers overall).,
They think Amazon could see $18- $19B in Alexa-related revenue by 2021, or ~5% of its total revenue.
The firm reiterated an Outperform rating and price target of $2,300.
