The Andersons (ANDE) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3% to $0.17; 2.3% Yield

The Andersons (NASDAQ: ANDE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share, or $0.68 annualized. This is a 3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.1650.

The dividend will be payable on January 23, 2019, to stockholders of record on January 2, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of December 31, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.

"The increase in the dividend reflects our confidence in the Company's financial performance moving forward," says Brian Valentine, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
