Washington Trust Bancorp (NASDAQ: WASH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.47 per share, or $1.88 annualized. This is a 9.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.43.

The dividend will be payable on January 11, 2019, to stockholders of record on January 2, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of December 31, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4 percent.
