Bank of South Carolina (BKSC) Declares $0.15 Quarterly Dividend; 3.2% Yield

Bank of South Carolina (NASDAQ: BKSC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 31, 2019, to stockholders of record on January 9, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of January 8, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.

Fleetwood S. Hassell, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "As this represents the 117th quarterly cash dividend paid since our inception over 31 years ago, we remain committed to our business model of soundness, profitability, and growth."
