AT&T (T) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2% to $0.51; 6.9% Yield

AT&T (NYSE: T) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.51 per share, or $2.04 annualized. This is a 2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.50.

The dividend will be payable on February 1, 2019, to stockholders of record on January 10, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of January 9, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.9 percent.

“Our healthy cash flows and strong outlook for 2019 give us the confidence to raise our dividend for the 35th consecutive year. The dividend is an important way we provide value to our shareholders, and I’m proud that we are able to continue our history of annual increases,” said Randall Stephenson, chairman and CEO, AT&T Inc.
