Urstadt Biddle Properties (NYSE: UBP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.275 per share, or $1.1 annualized. This is a 1.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.27.

The dividend will be payable on January 18, 2019, to stockholders of record on January 4, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of January 3, 2019.
