CubeSmart (CUBE) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.7% to $0.32; 4.1% Yield

CubeSmart (NYSE: CUBE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, or $1.28 annualized. This is a 6.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.30.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2019, to stockholders of record on January 2, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of December 31, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.1 percent.

“We continue to generate cash flow growth through our strong operating platform and high-quality portfolio,” commented Christopher P. Marr, President and Chief Executive Officer. “We are pleased to increase our quarterly dividend by 6.7%, maintain a conservative payout ratio, and continue to pursue external growth opportunities that create long-term value for our shareholders.”
