Weingarten Realty Investors (NYSE: WRI) declared a special dividend of $1.40 per share.
The dividend will be payable on December 27, 2018, to stockholders of record on December 21, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of December 20, 2018.
The annual yield on the dividend is 5 percent.
