CoreSite Realty (COR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.8% to $1.10; 4.4% Yield

CoreSite Realty (NYSE: COR) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.10 per share, or $4.4 annualized. This is a 6.8% increase from the prior dividend of $1.03.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2019, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of December 28, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.4 percent.
