Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share, or $0.76 annualized. This is a 5.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.

The dividend will be payable on January 22, 2019, to stockholders of record on January 8, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of January 7, 2019.
