Universal Health Realty (NYSE: UHT) declared a quarterly dividend of $.675 per share, or $2.7 annualized. This is a 0.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.67.

The dividend will be payable on December 31, 2018, to stockholders of record on December 19, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of December 18, 2018.
