Ecolab (NYSE: ECL) declared an annual dividend of $0.46 per share, or $0.46 annualized. This is a 12.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.41.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2019, to stockholders of record on December 18, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of December 17, 2018.
