ProAssurance (NYSE: PRA) declared a special dividend of $0.50 per share.
The dividend will be payable on January 9, 2019, to stockholders of record on December 21, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of December 20, 2018.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.
