ImClone Systems (Nasdaq: IMCL) 7.6% HIGHER; ImClone and Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (NYSE: BMY) announced this morning that a Phase III study of ERBITUX plus FOLFIRI (chemotherapy) met the primary endpoint of increasing median duration of progression-free survival over FOLFIRI alone in patients with previously untreated metastatic colorectal cancer.

Oxford Industries Inc. (NYSE: OXM) 6.8% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.68, versus the consensus of $0.69. Consolidated net sales increased 4.7% to $291.0 million, versus the consensus of $290.35 million. Sees Q3 EPS of $0.52-$0.60 versus the consensus of $0.86. Sees FY07 EPS of $3.00 to $3.15 versus the consensus of $3.33. Sees FY07 sales of $1.14 billion and $1.16 billion compared to initial full year guidance of $1.16 billion to $1.18 billion and the consensus of $1.17 billion

American Ecology Corp. (Nasdaq: ECOL) 6% HIGHER; Jim Cramer makes positive comments on American Ecology saying this company is seeing strong growth in disposal of hazardous and radioactive waste.

Perficient, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRFT) 5.7% HIGHER; is raising its revenue guidance for the fourth quarter of 2006. The Company expects its fourth quarter services and software revenue, including reimbursed expenses, to be in the range of $48.4 million to $49.6 million, versus previous guidance range of $42.4 million to $45.1 million. The consensus is $44.57 million.

NuCO2 Inc. (Nasdaq: NUCO) 5% LOWER; adopted a new strategic growth plan. NuCO2 sees FY07 revenues of $130-$132 million (consensus is $134M). The Company currently estimates fully-diluted earnings for fiscal 2007 to be $0.50 to $0.55 per share versus the previous estimate of $0.80 to $0.85 per share (cconsensus is $0.83). Sees 2007 cash EPS of $1.15-$1.20. For fiscal 2008, the Company is providing preliminary EPS guidance of $0.85 to $0.90 per share (consensus is $1.03). Sees 2008 cash EPS of $1.65-$1.70.

Guitar Center, Inc. (Nasdaq: GTRC) 4.6% LOWER; said consolidated net sales for the fourth quarter increased 11.7% to $628.5 million, below the consensus of $643 million. The Company anticipates net income for the fourth quarter will be below its previous guidance range of $34 million to $36 million, or $1.14 to $1.20 per diluted share. The consensus is $1.16.

Alcoa (NYSE: AA) 4% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.74 (ex-items), 9 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $7.8 billion vs. $7.63 billion consensus.

Kenexa Corporation (Nasdaq: KNXA) 4% LOWER; said it expects to meet or slightly exceed its previously issued guidance for the quarter ended December 31, 2006, relating to the Company's revenues and non-GAAP operating income. Offering 3.75 million shares.

Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SNCR) 3% HIGHER; announced today that its ActivationNow platform has been selected by Cingular to provide transaction order management to activate and provision the new Apple iPhone.

California Pizza Kitchen, Inc. (Nasdaq: CPKI) 2.5% HIGHER; Management is increasing its earnings per diluted share guidance to $0.15-$0.17, versus prior guidance of $0.13-$0.15. The consensus is $0.15.

Apple Computer Inc. (Nasdaq: AAPL) 2% HIGHER; Brokers raises price targets after yesterday's iPhone news.

Ultralife Batteries, Inc. (NASDAQ: ULBI) 1% LOWER; expects to report Q4 revenue of approximately $31 million. These results compare to management's previous guidance, which estimated revenue of approximately $35 million for the fourth quarter. The consensus is $33.8 million.

LeCroy Corporation (NASDAQ: LCRY) INDICATED LOWER; said for the second quarter of fiscal 2007 it expects to report revenues of approximately $38 million, versus the consensus of $42.85 million. Pro forma non-GAAP operating income is expected to be in a range of $500,000 to $1 million.
