Four Corners Property Trust (NYSE: FCPT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2875 per share, or $1.15 annualized. This is a 4.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.275.

The dividend will be payable on January 14, 2019, to stockholders of record on January 4, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of January 3, 2019.
