GasLog (GLOG) Declares $0.40 Special Dividend; Approves $50M Buyback

GasLog (NYSE: GLOG) declared a special dividend of $0.40 per share.

The dividend will be payable on December 17, 2018, to stockholders of record on December 10, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of December 7, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2 percent.

Authorization of a share repurchase program of up to $50 million covering the period January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2021
