Northeast Indiana Bancorp, Inc. (NIDB) Declares $0.75 Special Dividend; 2% Yield

Northeast Indiana Bancorp, Inc. (OTC: NIDB) declared a special dividend of $0.75 per share.

The dividend will be payable on December 21, 2018, to stockholders of record on December 7, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of December 6, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2 percent.

Commenting on the announcement, President and CEO Michael S. Zahn stated, "For the 4th year in a row, the Bank's earnings and capital levels have allowed the Board of Directors to issue a special cash dividend. During that period, over $2.7 million in special dividends have been returned to our shareholders."
