Cincinnati Financial (CINF) Declares $0.53 Quarterly Dividend; 2.7% Yield

Cincinnati Financial (NASDAQ: CINF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.53 per share, or $2.12 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2019, to stockholders of record on December 19, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of December 18, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.7 percent.

Steven J. Johnston, president and chief executive officer, commented: "The dividend just declared matches the one paid in October, which marked 58 consecutive years of increasing our annual cash dividend.

"Regular dividends are the company's primary method of returning capital to shareholders. Management and the board of directors remain confident that continuing to execute our strategic and operational plans, combined with strong capital, will lead to the profitable growth of our insurance business. That growth should provide ample support for future dividends, benefiting shareholders over the long term."
