Synalloy (SYNL) Raises Annual Dividend 92.3% to $0.25; Terminates ATM Offering Program

Synalloy (NASDAQ: SYNL) declared an annual dividend of $0.25 per share, or $0.25 annualized. This is a 92.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.13.

The dividend will be payable on December 12, 2018, to stockholders of record on November 30, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of November 29, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.

Synalloy Corporation also announced today that it has terminated its August 2018 at-the-market equity offering program (“ATM Offering”) with BB&T Capital Markets, a division of BB&T Securities, LLC, and Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. The Company has not sold any shares under the ATM Offering since September 30, 2018, and will no longer offer any shares, under this program.
