Acadia Realty Trust (AKR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.7% to $0.28; 4% Yield

Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE: AKR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share, or $1.12 annualized. This is a 3.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.27.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2019, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of December 28, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4 percent.
