Griffon Corp (GFF) Tops Q4 EPS by 2c, Revenues Miss

Griffon Corp (NYSE: GFF) reported Q4 EPS of $0.38, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.36. Revenue for the quarter came in at $545.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $570.95 million.

Ronald J. Kramer, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, commented “2018 was a transformational year for Griffon. We have significantly grown through the acquisitions of ClosetMaid, Kelkay and CornellCookson, and unlocked value through the divestiture of our Plastics business. These strategic changes position us to continue to increase operating margins and free cash flow, improve our overall financial performance and reduce debt.
