Acme United (ACU) Raises Quarterly Dividend 9.1% to $0.12; 2.9% Yield

Acme United (NYSE: ACU) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. This is a 9.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.11. The dividend will be payable on January 29, 2019, to stockholders of record on January 8, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of January 7, 2019. The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.

Walter C. Johnsen, Chairman and CEO, said, “This is Acme United’s eleventh dividend increase since 2004. The Company continues to make good business progress and we are delighted to provide this additional return to shareholders. Our balance sheet is strong and we are confident in the business.”
