W.R. Berkley (WRB) Declares $0.50 Special Cash Dividend; 0.6% Yield

W.R. Berkley (NYSE: WRB) declared a special dividend of $0.50 per share.

The dividend will be payable on December 12, 2018, to stockholders of record on November 28, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of November 27, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.6 percent.

Together with the two 50 cents per share special dividends that were paid on June 18, 2018 and October 3, 2018, this brings special dividends during 2018 to $1.50 per share. Including all special and ordinary dividends declared to date in 2018 and share repurchases through September 30, 2018, total capital returned to shareholders during 2018 is approximately $262 million.
