Veritiv (VRTV) Reports Q3 EPS of $0.09, Revenues Beat

Veritiv (NYSE: VRTV) reported Q3 EPS of $0.09, versus $1.11 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.18 billion.

"We are pleased with our third quarter results," said Mary Laschinger, Chairman and CEO of Veritiv Corporation. "Our Packaging business continued to perform well, growing both revenues and Adjusted EBITDA. For the quarter, Adjusted EBITDA improved 20% year-over-year, and we are on track to meet our full year Adjusted EBITDA guidance."
