EMC Insurance Group (EMCI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 4.5% to $0.23; 3.8% Yield

EMC Insurance Group (NASDAQ: EMCI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share, or $0.92 annualized. This is a 4.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.22.

The dividend will be payable on November 22, 2018, to stockholders of record on November 15, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of November 14, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.8 percent.

“This is the ninth consecutive year we have increased the quarterly cash dividend,” stated President and Chief Executive Officer Bruce G. Kelley. “This long-term approach of increasing the dividend demonstrates our desire to reward stockholders with an attractive return.”
