Cogent Communication (NASDAQ: CCOI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.56 per share, or $2.24 annualized. This is a 3.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.54.

The dividend will be payable on November 30, 2018, to stockholders of record on November 16, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of November 15, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.3 percent.
