New Senior Investment Group (NYSE: SNR) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.25), $0.06 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.19). Revenue for the quarter came in at $117.76 million versus the consensus estimate of $103.86 million.

- Net loss of $20.3 million, or $(0.25) per diluted share
- Total net operating income (“NOI”) of $40.7 million
- Adjusted same store cash NOI decreased 2.0% versus Q3’17

- AFFO of $9.8 million, or $0.12 per diluted share
