Kennedy-Wilson (KW) Raises Quarterly Dividend 10.5% to $0.21; 4.4% Yield

Kennedy-Wilson (NYSE: KW) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share, or $0.84 annualized. This is a 10.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.19.

The dividend will be payable on January 3, 2019, to stockholders of record on December 28, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of December 27, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.4 percent.
