Black Hills Corp. (BKH) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.3% to $0.505; 3.3% Yield

Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.505 per share, or $2.02 annualized. This is a 6.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.475.

The dividend will be payable on December 1, 2018, to stockholders of record on November 19, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of November 16, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.3 percent.

"We are pleased to announce our 49th consecutive annual dividend increase, one of the longest records in the utility sector. This action demonstrates confidence in our long-term cash flow and earnings growth strategy," said David R. Emery, chairman and CEO of Black Hills Corp.
