JPMorgan Downgrades HCP (HCP) to Neutral

JPMorgan analyst Anthony Paolone downgraded HCP (NYSE: HCP) from Overweight to Neutral with a price target of $28.00.

The analyst steps aside in part to his improved outlook for other REIT names. He does not believes the current relative valuation is standing out as well as it has previously and believes NT FFO growth is likely to be mute.
