William Blair analyst, Justin Furby, reiterated an Outperform rating on Ultimate Software Group (NASDAQ: ULTI) following the company's user event in Chicago. The majority of customers we spoke to were happy with their Ultimate Software experience, and many indicated that they were looking to take on additional offerings such as recruiting, onboarding, and Perception.

William Blair walked away from the event with continued long-term conviction in the name, and were encouraged to hear positive commentary on Perception and PeopleDoc.
