Physicians Realty Trust (DOC) Declares $0.23 Quarterly Dividend; 5.5% Yield

Physicians Realty Trust (NYSE: DOC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share, or $0.92 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on October 18, 2018, to stockholders of record on October 3, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of October 2, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.5 percent.
