Boston Properties (BXP) Raises Quarterly Dividend 18.8% to $0.95; 3% Yield

Boston Properties (NYSE: BXP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.95 per share, or $3.8 annualized. This is an 18.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.80.

The dividend will be payable on October 31, 2018, to stockholders of record on September 28, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of September 27, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.
