UPDATE: Innovative Industrial Properties, Inc. (IIPR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 40% to $0.35; 0.8% Yield

Innovative Industrial Properties, Inc. (NYSE: IIPR) declared a special dividend of $0.35 per share. This is a 40% increase from the prior dividend of $0.25.

The dividend will be payable on October 15, 2018, to stockholders of record on September 28, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of September 27, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.8 percent.
