Goldman Sachs analyst Brian Lee downgraded Acuity Brands (NYSE: AYI) from Neutral to Sell with a price target of $126.00 (from $132.00).
The analyst sees margin risk generating for the product mix, costs, and pricing power. He sees little room for error in the business and sees the company facing a challenging go-forward environment which he says is not accurately reflected in Street expectations.
