Bradley Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NYSE: BDY) 12% LOWER; approval for generic version of drug.

Rick's Cabaret International Inc. (Nasdaq: RICK) 6% HIGHER; sees revenues between $32 and $34 million for the year ending September 30, 2007. Net after tax income should be in the $2.6 to $2.8 million range, with earnings per share of about 48 cents.

Apple Computer (Nasdaq: AAPL) 3.8% HIGHER; Files 10-Q and 10-K, To Record $84M Charge, Confidence in Steve Jobs and the Senior Management team

Alltel Corp (NYSE: AT) 2.6% HIGHER; According to reports from the Wall Street Journal, private equity firms are looking at Alltel as a possible takeover target. According to the report, the balance-sheet strength would give buyers room to load up debt. The size of the deal would be large - with the currently market value of Alltel at $21.7 billion.

Cypress Semiconductor (NYSE: CY) 2.6% HIGHER; Chapman Capital recommends split-off and going private LBO transaction.

IPSCO Inc. (NYSE: IPS) INDICATED LOWER; revised its Q4 EPS outlook to $3.00 to $3.10 excluding any impact of the NS Group acquisition, foreign exchange gains or losses or effects of share price volatility, and assuming an effective tax rate of 36%. The Company had originally estimated that earnings per share, on the same basis, would be in the range of $3.30 to $3.50 per diluted share. The Wall Street consensus is $3.50.
