Citizens Holding (CIZN) Declares $0.24 Quarterly Dividend; 4% Yield

Citizens Holding (NASDAQ: CIZN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share, or $0.96 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 28, 2018, to stockholders of record on September 14, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of September 13, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4 percent.

“Today we are announcing our third quarter 2018 dividend of $0.24 per share,” said Greg L. McKee, President and Chief Executive Officer. “This brings our total dividend paid for the nine months to $0.72 per share.”
